*To receive this offer, your Annual Health Exam must be paid in advance before the time of service. The validity of your new Value Card will start with your visit for the annual exam.
Please note: A rebooking fee will be assessed for
- canceling an appointment with less than 24 hours notice;
- not arriving for a scheduled appointment (No-Show);
- or not being ready to start on time.
FirstMed requests that all patients arrive at least 10 minutes before their appointment or 15 minutes if they are new. If patients are not ready to begin the consultation on time due to their delay, the doctor may refuse the appointment, and a rebooking fee may be assessed.
