If you don’t have a valid Value Card, prepay for your 20/30-minute specialist consultation with this purchase. Additional charges may be applied at the time of service for anything outside the scope of the regular consultation.

 

Please note: A rebooking fee of will be assessed for: cancelling an appointment with less than 24-hours notice; not arriving for a scheduled appointment (No-Show); or not being ready to start on time.

FirstMed requests that all patients arrive at least 10 minutes before their appointment time, or 15 minutes if they are a new patient. If patients are not ready to begin the consultation on time due to their delay, the doctor may refuse the appointment, and a rebooking fee may be assessed.

  • Orthopedics
  • Ophthalmology
  • Urology
  • Pediatric specialists**
  • Pulmonology
  • Travel consultation*

NOTE: The length of the consultation is the same as detailed by a ‘Focused Specialist Consult’. Anything beyond that standard block of time will be considered a ‘Detailed’ or ‘Expanded’ visit and is not covered by this purchase.

Some specialists require a 60-minute first visit which is not covered by this webshop purchase.

* Price of consultation does not include the cost of any vaccinations

This purchase is only refundable if the appointment is canceled more than 24 hours before the start of the visit.
