FirstMed’s Premium Plan (Child) plan offers you the following benefits:
• Two unrelated visits per month, each with one follow-up visit when needed, with a FirstMed pediatrician, – in person at our clinic or via Telemedicine.
• Telemedicine consultations
• Preventative checks, such as a ‘Well-Child Check’, are covered
This plan if only good for 6 months and represents 65% of the total price.
If the planholder would like to extend to a full year, the balance of the full price of the annual Child Premium must be paid within 7 days of the end of the original plan.
