20-minute video consultation to consult with a FirstMed Specialist*. The purchaser must have a current ValueCard.

• The visit must be discussed with a phone teammember before payment is made. Not all specialist are able to provide remote consultations.

If you cannot make your appointment, please call our 24-hour number +36-1-224-9090 to speak with a team member. Failure to arrive for your appointment, or cancel 24 hours prior, may result in a no-show fee and our refusal to take future appointment bookings.

Being ready to see the doctor more than 10 minutes past the starting time may result in the consultation being canceled and with the ‘no-show’ fee applied.

* During a telemedicine visit:

• The doctor will provide medical advice without performing an actual physical examination.
• If your doctor thinks a physical examination is necessary, based on your specific case, you may be advised to schedule a separate in-person appointment.
• Telemedicine is not a substitute for when a physical examination is required. You must be aware of the limitations of this service.
